Brendan began his journey under the mentorship of Manie Steyn at Exclusive Property Developers, contributing to landmark developments like Tara’s Place, Carla’s Creek, The Cavendish, Blu View Luxury Apartments, and The Village on Walker Drive. Following Manie’s retirement, Brendan established Exclusive Construction to continue delivering exceptional residential spaces with a personal touch.
